Tebarco Mechanical Corporation is looking for the best and brightest Commercial Service Plumbers! The Commercial Service Plumber is directly responsible for responding to service calls in a safe and timely manner that are scheduled by the dispatcher and Account Managers during normal business hours and after hours. Commercial Service Plumbers are expected to be collaborative with other employees and contractors to ensure consistent processes are being adhered to and to be a proactive communicator regarding best practices. A positive attitude and a high level of teamwork are required to deliver the highest quality of efficiency.


  • Maintain a clean, organized service truck with the appropriate inventory and well-maintained tools.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Be willing and available to complete after-hours, on-call duties.
  • Ability to locate to perform leak repairs and re-piping of water and drain systems.
  • Install pipe and fittings using various methods that include soldering, brazing, propress and threading.
  • Able to operate sewer cleaning machines and drain camera equipment.
  • Must be willing to perform service work in occupied buildings and have direct interactions with customers.
  • Must be able to repair and/or replace various types of plumbing fixtures.
  • Must have strong plumbing system diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to replace/rebuild mixing valves on water systems.
  • Always follow safety rules and procedures, report unsafe conditions to Account Manager.
  • Measure and calculate accurately to avoid waste of time and materials.
  • Work cooperatively with other company employees to match skills, time, and effort to jobs to complete them within budget and on time.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Provide suggestions to management on opportunities for improved work or service.
  • Perform any other duty or assignment as may be assigned from time to time.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Read, write, and communicate in English. Basic reading and math skills are required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Collaborative mindset and team-player.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and an MVR.
  • Need to have full range of arms, legs, and hands including the mobility to walk, crawl, stoop, climb, stretch, and reach.
  • Must be able to make use of all bodily senses including hearing and vision (which includes color perception).
  • Certifications in the following are preferred: Backflow Testing and Medical Gas Installations
  • Being a Licensed Plumber for the State of Georgia is also preferred.
